In addition to our customized approach to your pest control needs, Younger Brothers uses the most advanced and cost effective tools available in the pest control industry today. The following scope of service information will show you the various ways in which we may customize a strategically based pest control program best for your home.
SCOPE OF SERVICE
Exterior Pest Control Service
The exterior pest control service is a three-step process. The first step is a liquid treatment to all perimeters of the home. The second step is a bait application to all landscaping ground cover. The third step is a dust application to all void areas unreachable by bait or liquid applications. During the pest control service, the technician will perform an exterior subterranean termite inspection.
Liquid Application
Younger Brothers Pretreat & Home Services will apply a selected liquid chemical product to the exterior of the home. This application will be minimum of one foot high and one foot wide and will consist of the following areas: Foundation Perimeter, All Entryways (porch, patio, and garage), Concrete Perimeters (porch, patio, garage, and walkways), and the block wall or fence perimeter. This application requires approximately 4 ounces of chemical product per service.
Bait Application
Younger Brothers Pretreat & Home Services will apply a selected granular bait chemical product to the exterior of the home. This application will consist of the following areas: Shrubs and River Rock. This application requires approximately 4 ounces of chemical product per service.
*This is an as needed service based on the residual from the previous service.
Dust Application
Younger Brothers Pretreat & Home Services will apply a selected dust chemical product to the exterior of the home. This application will consist of the following areas: Block Wall Voids, Electrical Panels, Water Meter and Valve Boxes. This application requires approximately _ ounce per service.
*This is an as needed service based on the residual from the previous service.
Interior Pest Control Service
The interior pest control service is not recommended unless there is constant evidence of household pests. This is an application that will be decided by a pest control professional.
Homeowner Service Report
Upon completion of each pest control service the homeowner will receive a technician service report. This service report will consist of the following: pesticides used, amount of pesticide applied, type of pests found and location, conditions conducive to subterranean termites and general pests as well as recommendations for pest prevention.
